Light + Airy BLOOMS Package - Starting at 4k (pre-tax)
Our Light + Airy Package allows you to have touches of floral throughout your event without the need of candle rentals or Large Floral Designs.
These clients typically have Wedding Party, Minimal Ceremony needs or designs that can be repurposed from Reception + some smaller designs such as airy greenery, budvases and client candles. If you want to forgo your table designs and put that budget towards a Statement Design in your Ceremony that you can repurpose plus Wedding Party Florals only this would be a great Package for your event.
You are more than welcomed to bring your own candles and we will gladly help set those up and style those throughout your space with the addition of our styling services.
Lush BLOOM Package - Starting at 5k (pre-tax)
Our Lush Package will give you that Lush statement design in your Ceremony that can be repurposed with the ability to add on candle rentals and on-site Installations.
With this package you will have Wedding Party Florals, Some Statement Designs for your Ceremony and more standout designs throughout their reception space.
Our clients have the abily to add on candles from our inventory or we will gladly help set up and style your own sourced candles with the addition of our styling services.
Customized Statement BLOOM Package - Starting at 8k (pre-tax)
This is our Fully Customized BLOOM Package which includes On-site Walk throughs with Custom Floral Arches/ Hanging Installations and designs that will make an impact throughout your space.
These clients will have flowers galore with Wedding Party Florals, Statement Designs throughout their Ceremony and carried throughout their Reception space for a jaw dropping transformation with BLOOMS!
Our clients are more than welcomed to all of our inventory for Arches, Stands + Candles. If your designs call for inventory we do not already carry we will source those details for you! At the chance you want to provide your own candles + additional decor for your tables our staff will gladly help you execute your wildest dreams with the addition of our Styling Services.
All Full Service BLOOM Packages are complete with the following luxuries:
Your Date is reserved for your event only - YOU are our main priority!
Day of Delivery in Complimentary within 90 Miles of our Studio up to two locations.
Day of Basic set up is included: we will set all floral designs provided by us up to two locations - ceremony + reception sites.
Post Booking we will send you along the start of your Design Deck which will be complete with all of your events designs, table styling, layouts, BLOOM Inspiration+ Vessel Pairing and ability to add on Candles to your day!
We offer 2 Phone or Zoom Design Consultations (typically one with your Quote + One throughout the planning process) We are ALWAYS available to chat via email/client portal - Honey book where we streamline all our event details through there for ease of planning and to help aide in what we take pride in - our communication.
You and your partner and planner if you have one are welcomed in studio 4 months before your event to have The Final Design Meeting where we talk through all of the fine details and start finalizing your designs.

A La Carte BLOOMS
Our A La Carte Designs are for Intimate Weddings, Wedding Party only or for those Non - Wedding Events with a Guest Count under 150. Our Inquiry Process will walk you through designs that are paired with this Package in mind.
These clients typically spend $400 - 3K on BLOOMS pre-tax. Once you select the designs from our Inquiry Form we will begin bringing those designs to life with a mini mood board. BLOOM Selections + Vessel Pairing will be provided by us unless you would like to provide your own vessles.
Here are some additional details when choosing our A La Cart BLOOMS:
A laidback style to flowers - select your designs and we will design in our signature style with your color pallet and inspiration in mind.
2 Phone or Zoom Consultations provided - typically one before or after booking and the final one 3 months before your event.
No in person meetings we will keep all of our communication details streamlined through our client portal - honey book
Designs are available to pick up from our studio the evening before your event of the morning of. Delivery is available for Drop off.
Designs for this package typically fit in a mid-sized SUV - we will have your designs packaged nicely and help you load into your car.
Bouquet vases are included with your bouquets - feel free to style in your reception as you please.
Complimentary mini vase of Blooms for your photog to use in flay lays and detail shots.
Corporate + Small Business Events
We offer floral for Branding, Company gatherings, Business Openings, Design Installation Fresh or Dried, Corporate events as well a Bi-weekly Fresh Floral Deliveries. These designs are fully customized for your events needs. Votives can be added to your event.
We provide all of these clients with simple Inquiry Form to gather your events details and interests. We will then reach out over phone, email or zoom with in 48 hours of inquiry to talk though your quote and gather any additional details. Corporate events + Small Business require our onsite Delivery + Setup/Styling with Teardown Services options. Once you are a BLOOM Studio client with your first event being booked all additional bookings will receive Complimentary Delivery + 5% discount on all future events with us!
